Low Energy Reverse Osmosis Membrane
The Low Energy RO membrane is an aromatic polyamide composite membrane component designed for desalination and desalting of brackish water while operating under ultra-low-pressure conditions, achieving high water production and desalination rates. It operates at approximately 2/3 of the pressure required by conventional composite membranes, resulting in reduced investment costs for pumps, pipelines, containers, and other equipment, as well as lower operational expenses for the reverse osmosis system, ultimately enhancing cost-effectiveness.
The Low Energy RO membrane series is suitable for desalination treatment of water sources with a salinity level of approximately 2000 ppm or below, including surface water, groundwater, tap water, and municipal water. It finds wide application in various industries, such as pure water production, boiler feedwater, food processing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and more.
Typical Applications
Power plant boiler feedwater treatment
Electronics (ultra) pure water treatment
Metallurgical industry water treatment
Chemical industry water treatment
Drinking water treatment
